采用机械合金化方法,以无水乙醇为球磨介质,制备了Zn70Ni30二元体系合金。用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜分析了球磨后的合金粉末的物相和形貌。结果表明,使用高能球磨可以促使Ni向Zn中扩散,最终能形成Zn-Ni过饱和固溶体。采用Miedema半经验理论模型计算该合金系的相变驱动力,在此体系中ΔGS=–6.02kJ/mol<0,证明该体系具备生成过饱和固溶体的相变驱动力。
The mechanical alloying method was used to prepare Zn70Ni30 binary system alloy with anhydrous ethanol as the milling media. The phase and morphology of the alloyed powders were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the use of high-energy ball milling can promote the diffusion of Ni into Zn and finally form a supersaturated Zn-Ni solid solution. The Miedema semi-empirical theoretical model is used to calculate the phase transformation driving force of this alloy system. In this system, ΔGS = -6.02 kJ / mol <0, which proves that this system possesses the driving force of phase transformation for generating supersaturated solid solution.
