2013年1月22日,卫生部印发《2013年卫生工作要点》(以下简称《要点》)。根据《要点》,2013年卫生工作总体要求是:全面贯彻党的十八大以及中央经济工作会议精神,以邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观为指导,按照党中央、国务院的总体部署和保基本、强基层、建机制的要求,重点推进医疗保障、医疗服务、公共卫生、药品供应、监管体制综合改革,完善国民健康政策,做好“十二五”期间卫生改革发展各项工作,提高人民健康水平,促进人民身心健康。
