通过研究发现,中央厨房对赣菜系的标准升级、质量提升和持续发展具有重要意义,故本文构建了赣菜系中央厨房标准体系的基本框架和内容,并就标准体系的实施提供了一些建议。
Through the research, it is found that the central kitchen is of great significance to standard upgrading, quality improvement and sustainable development of the Jiangxi cuisine. Therefore, this paper constructs the basic framework and content of the central kitchen of Jiangxi cuisine and provides some suggestions on the implementation of the standard system.
