现在我国经济已经进入了高速发展的阶段,经济全球化已经成为发展的主流趋势。为了顺应形势,国内的油田企业纷纷进行改革,而员工作为一个企业的灵魂所在,员工的培训工作也成为了改革工作中的重点内容。在新形势下,油田企业必须要根据自身的实际经营情况,对其员工的培训和管理工作进行创新,提高企业员工的整体素质和个人技能水平,使其能够为企业的发展做出卓越的贡献。
