目的观察轻健颗粒对营养性肥胖大鼠的降脂作用及可能作用机制。方法 21天初断乳SD雄性大鼠80只,随机分为空白对照组10只、高脂造模组70只。空白对照组给予基础饲料,高脂造模组给予高脂饲料建立营养性肥胖模型大鼠,8周后筛选造模成功大鼠40只随机分为模型对照组和轻健颗粒高、中、低剂量组,每组10只。轻健颗粒高、中、低剂量组分别给予轻健颗粒34.5、17.25、8.55g/(kg·d)灌胃,空白对照组和模型对照组大鼠灌胃等容量生理盐水共8周。检测各组大鼠体重、体脂重量,计算Lee’s指数,测定大鼠总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)及高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果与模型组比较,轻健颗粒高、中、低剂量组大鼠体重、体脂重量及Lee’s指数均明显降低(P<0.01);并且TC、TG、LDL及hs-CRP明显降低,HDL明显升高(P<0.01)。结论轻健颗粒可降低营养肥胖性大鼠体重、体脂,其机制可能与调节降低血脂及hs-CRP水平有关。
OBJECTIVE To observe the lipid-lowering effect of “Kuanjian Granule” on nutrition obese rats and its possible mechanism. Methods A total of 80 SD male rats were randomly divided into blank control group (n = 10) and high fat model group (n = 70). The blank control group was given basic diet, and the high-fat model group was fed with high-fat diet to establish the model of nutritional obesity. After 8 weeks, 40 rats were randomly divided into model control group, Dose group, each group of 10. The groups of high, medium and low doses of Qingjian granule were administered gavage with 34.5, 17.25 and 8.55 g / (kg · d) respectively. The rats in the blank control group and model control group were given gavage with normal saline for 8 weeks. The body weight and body fat weight of the rats in each group were measured to calculate the Lee’s index. The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL), high density lipoprotein (HDL) Protein (hs-CRP) levels. Results Compared with the model group, body weight, body fat weight and Lee’s index of the low, medium and high dose groups were significantly decreased (P <0.01), and TC, TG, LDL and hs-CRP were significantly decreased Increased (P <0.01). Conclusions Qingjian Granule can reduce body weight and body fat of obese rats, and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of reducing blood lipid and hs-CRP level.
