采用硅烷偶联剂对氧化锌晶须(ZnOw)进行了表面改性,并制备了氰酸酯树脂/氧化锌晶须复合材料。研究了ZnOw含量对复合材料的导热性能、电绝缘性能的影响,并运用扫描电子显微镜对材料的断面形貌进行了观察。结果表明,少量ZnOw的加入能有效改善复合材料的导热性能,且复合材料仍具有电绝缘和较低介电常数特性。其中,当晶须的体积分数达到11.7%时,复合材料的导热系数为0.79W·m-1·K-1,为纯树脂材料的2.7倍。
The ZnO whiskers (ZnOw) were surface modified with silane coupling agent and the cyanate resin / zinc oxide whisker composites were prepared. The effects of ZnOw content on the thermal conductivity and electrical insulation properties of the composites were investigated. The cross-sectional morphology of the composites was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the addition of a small amount of ZnOw can effectively improve the thermal conductivity of the composite material, and the composite material still has the characteristics of electrical insulation and lower dielectric constant. Among them, when the whisker volume fraction reaches 11.7%, the thermal conductivity of the composite is 0.79W · m-1 · K-1, which is 2.7 times that of the pure resin.
