于右任是国民党元老,复旦大学的创办人,他的书法蜚声中外,其书法被著名书画家刘延涛称为“先生一支笔,胜过十万毛瑟枪”。他晚年客居台湾,做过一首无题诗,更是在大陆和台湾广为传诵。这首作于1962年1月24日的诗歌全文如下——葬我于高山之上兮,望我故乡;故乡不可见兮,永不能忘!葬我于高山之上兮,望我大陆;大陆不可见兮,只有痛哭!天苍苍,野茫茫,山之上!国有殇!这首悲怆苍凉的短诗,是83岁的于右任在病中所写,表达出客居台湾的于老先生对大陆、对故乡的无限思念,读罢令人悲从心生,难掩涕泗。但绝少有人知道,于右任在年轻时,还是一位敢为民言的著名报人。

I buried over the mountains and looked at my continent; Come on, the only cry! The sky is dark, the wild is vast and the mountain is above! The state-owned 殇! This desolate 怆 desolate short poem is written in the illness of the 83-year-old Yoo-jeou and expresses the old gentleman who is living in Taiwan. The infinite miss, reading sad people from heart, hard to hide. But few people know that when he was a young man, he was still a famous reporter who dared to speak for the people.
