当归增强正常小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能以及提高其单核吞噬系统的非特异性吞噬能力的研究,国内外均有文献报道。本实验仅就当归对糖尿病状态下小鼠受损的巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响和高浓度葡萄糖对当归效应的作用作了观察,现将结果报告如下。材料和方法一、动物:C_57纯系小鼠,重庆医科大学实验动物中心提供,体重19~24g,不分雌雄。二、当归注射液:四川雅安制药厂出品,批号850912,每安瓿2 ml含生药0.22g。三、糖尿病模型建立:用pH4.5的柠檬酸缓冲液将链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ,Sigma公司产品)配制成1%溶液,按190mg/kg体重给小鼠1次性腹腔注射。注药后第5天用邻甲苯胺法测血糖。血糖
Angelica sinensis enhances the cellular and humoral immune function of normal mice and enhances the non-specific phagocytosis of its mononuclear phagocytic system, both at home and abroad. In this experiment, we only observed the effects of Angelica sinensis on the phagocytosis of damaged macrophages in mice and the effects of high concentrations of glucose on Angelica sinensis. The results are reported below. Materials and Methods 1. Animals: C_57 pure strain mice were provided by the Laboratory Animal Center of Chongqing Medical University and weighed 19 to 24 g regardless of sex. Second, Angelica injection: produced by Sichuan Ya’an Pharmaceutical Factory, batch number 850912, containing 0.22g of crude drug per ampule of 2 ml. 3. Establishment of diabetes model: Streptozotocin (STZ, Sigma) was formulated into a 1% solution with a pH 4.5 citrate buffer, and the mice were injected intraperitoneally with 190 mg/kg body weight. On the 5th day after injection, blood glucose was measured with o-toluidine. blood sugar
