喇嘛甸地下储气库的地面工艺技术设计方案的中心思想是围绕着充分利用油田气、解决产耗不平衡矛盾、降低天然气的放空量、减少环境污染和资源的浪费。就地下储气库的规模确定、注采工艺流程、注气压力确定、天然气的油蒸气吸附及脱硫、甲醇注入及回收等地面工艺技术进行了探讨。在技术上达到了方案合理、流程简单的目的。通过财务评价分析,该项目经济效益较好,税前财务内部收益率为 37. 63%,税后财务内部收益率为 28. 16%。
The central idea of the design scheme of ground technology for underground gas storage in Lamadian is to make full use of oilfield gas, solve the contradiction between production and consumption imbalance, reduce natural gas discharge, reduce environmental pollution and waste resources. This paper discussed the scale of underground gas storage, the technological process of injection and extraction, the determination of gas injection pressure, the adsorption and desulfurization of natural gas by steam, the injection and recovery of methanol. Technically achieved a reasonable program, the process simple purpose. Through the financial evaluation analysis, the economic benefit of this project is good, and the pre-tax financial internal rate of return is 37. 63%, after tax financial internal rate of return of 28. 16%.
