第一章總则第一條為了保護僱傭勞动者的健康,减轻其生活中的特殊困难,特依据目前经济條件,制定本條例。第二條本條例的實施,採取重點試行办法,俟實行有成績,取得經驗後,再行推广。其適用範圍,目前暂定為下列各企业: 甲、僱用工人与职员人數在一百人以上的国营、公私合营、私營及合作社经营的工廠、矿场及其附属單位与业务管理机关。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to protect the health of wage laborers and alleviate the special difficulties in their lives, this Regulation shall be formulated in the light of the current economic conditions. Article 2 The implementation of these Regulations shall take the key trial measures, implement the achievements and gain experience before proceeding with the promotion. Its scope of application is tentatively scheduled to be as follows: A. The state-owned, public-private, private-owned and cooperative-run factories, mines and their affiliated units and business management agencies employing more than 100 workers and staff.
