测定了黄须菜籽粒的主要成份,粗蛋白含量为21.80%,粗脂肪为21.94%。黄须菜籽油含不饱和脂肪酸90.56%,其中亚油酸为74.06%;VitE含量为56~281mg/100g,硒含量为0.0342μg/g。油粕的粗蛋白为23.67%,必需氨基酸占粗蛋白的40.6%,是各种饼粕中含量最高的,微量元素含量与优质饼粕相近。
