螺杆泵经过多年的使用,零件出现不同程度的磨损。为了探究螺杆泵特性曲线发生的变化,有必要对泵性能曲线进行测试校核。根据相关规范,对某原油管道泵站的螺杆泵开展了现场试验,获得了该螺杆泵输送掺稀稠油时的流量-压差和效率-压差特性曲线。基于螺杆泵出厂时的不同运动黏度下的流量-压差、功率-压差性能曲线和现场试验结果,利用线性插值方法得到试验油品对应运动黏度下螺杆泵的出厂性能曲线。螺杆泵的实测性能曲线与出厂性能曲线对比结果表明,使用多年的螺杆泵,效率出现不同程度的降低,下降幅度在1.1%~14.0%之间;在相同压差下,螺杆泵流量也有所损失,下降幅度在3.7%~15.6%之间,且随着压差增大,流量下降幅度增大。现场测试得到的螺杆泵性能曲线可为今后该原油管道输送掺稀稠油的工艺计算和能耗分析提供依据。
Screw pump after years of use, the parts appear to varying degrees of wear and tear. In order to explore changes in the characteristics of screw pump, it is necessary to test the pump performance curve check. According to relevant specifications, a field test was carried out on the screw pump of a crude oil pipeline pumping station, and the flow rate-pressure difference and efficiency-pressure difference characteristic curve of the screw pump when it was supplied with heavy oil were obtained. Based on the flow-pressure difference, power-pressure differential performance curve and field test results under different kinematic viscosities of the screw pump at the factory, a linear interpolation method was used to obtain the factory performance curve of the screw pump under the corresponding kinematic viscosity of the test oil product. The comparison between the actual measured curve and the ex-factory performance curve of the screw pump shows that the efficiency of the screw pump has been reduced by 1.1% ~ 14.0% with the use of the screw pump for many years, and the flow loss of the screw pump has also been lost under the same pressure difference , A decrease of 3.7% ~ 15.6%, and with the pressure increase, the flow rate decreased. The screw pump performance curve obtained from the field test can provide the basis for the process calculation and energy consumption analysis of the crude oil pipeline in the future.
