Solution Brief Call Receipts’ call centers are geographically located in two different locations and operate as a single virtual call center through T-1 remote capabilities of Lucent Technologies DEFINITY systems. The two locations where the call center is located are connected by three T-1 lines, and trunks from the network can reach either of the two places. The customer can place a call to any of the two places and call an agent who can easily connect to another location.
