玉米粒平菇菌种,具有菌丝萌发早、吃料快、产量高等优点。但一般是以煮熟法制种,手续繁琐,耗能源,且常因水分掌握不当导致污染率高。为此笔者从1990年开始改玉米粒煮熟法为浸泡法制种,获得了满意效果,生产的20000多瓶菌种,成功率达98%以上,质量与煮熟法一样,且抗衰老力增强。现将该法介绍如下: 1 选料浸泡 选无霉变的玉米粒,先用清水浸泡(切勿用石灰水直接浸泡),把漂浮的玉米粒除掉,10小时后捞起改用0.5%的石灰水浸泡,以后每隔20小时换一次0.5%的石灰水。浸泡时间夏季50小时,冬季70小时,以玉米粒吃足水分为宜,捞放筐里用清水冲洗一遍,待无水下滴时即可拌料。 2 拌料装瓶灭菌 将过滤后的玉米粒置水泥地上,先拌入1%石灰粉、1%石膏粉,再加入适量细木屑或细米糠调节湿度,拌匀后装瓶,高压灭菌2小时或常压灭菌
