男103例,女22例,男女之比为4.6:1;60～84岁.涂片阳性38例,初治59例,Ⅲ型97例,Ⅳ型25例,V型3例.治愈50例,未愈64例,死亡11例.临床特点:①症状常见咳嗽、咯血、发热、食欲不振、气喘等:②病情重,空洞多(55例),X线示病变广泛;③复治多(66例),耐药病例多(21例);①并发症多达11种(糖尿病5例,肺癌5例,肺心病4例,乙型肝炎3例,哮喘和肺气肿各2例,矽肺、喉结核、慢支、肺脓疡、鼻咽癌、输尿管结石
103 males and 22 females, the ratio of male to female 4.6: 1; 60 to 84. Smear positive in 38 cases, initial treatment of 59 cases, 97 cases of type Ⅲ, 25 cases of type Ⅳ, V type 3. 50 cases were cured , 64 cases of unhealed, 11 cases of death.Clinical features: ① symptoms of common cough, hemoptysis, fever, loss of appetite, asthma: ② serious condition, empty more (55 cases), X-ray showed extensive lesions; 66 cases) and more resistant cases (21 cases).
