设计了一种具有强化凝结面的多级迭盘式太阳能蒸馏器。对其在实际天气下的升温特性及产水性能进行测试,得到其内部各级海水运行温度的全天变化曲线以及全天总产水量的变化曲线。对装置顶层腔体全天进光率进行推导,根据实验数据进一步得到海水淡化主机全天工作效率。实验结果与文献[4]中的稳态实验结果进行对比分析,探索了该类装置在实际天气条件的产水特性,对其内部的热质传递规律进行初步研究。结果表明,该装置的日产水量可达约43kg(晴好天气下),性能系数可达1.54,是一种较理想的小型海水淡化装置。
A multistage stacked disc solar distiller with a strengthened condensation surface was designed. The temperature rise characteristics and water-producing performance under actual weather conditions were tested, and the curves of all-day variation of the operating temperature of the seawater at all levels and the curves of the total water production during the whole day were obtained. Based on the experimental data, the desalination efficiency of the desalination host was further obtained. The experimental results are compared with the steady-state experimental results in [4], and the water-producing characteristics of the devices in actual weather conditions are explored. The internal laws of heat and mass transfer are preliminarily studied. The result shows that the device can produce about 43kg of water per day (in fine weather) and has a coefficient of performance of up to 1.54. It is an ideal small desalination plant.
