目的：探讨转化生长因子β1（TGFβ1）在单侧输尿管梗阻（UUO）所致肾间质纤维化中的作用。方法：应用原位杂交，生化分析及病理形态学观察等技术，研究UUO术后1、3、7、14、21d不同时相肾皮质中TGFβ1mRNA表达与小管间质病变、羟脯氨酸代谢的关系。结果：UUO肾组织中羟脯氨酸含量逐渐增加及间质面积增宽，伴TGFβ1mRNA表达增高。结论：TGFβ1lmRNA表达增加是UUO致肾间质纤维化的重要原因之一。
Objective: To investigate the role of transforming growth factor β1 (TGFβ1) in renal interstitial fibrosis induced by unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO). Methods: The expressions of TGFβ1 mRNA, tubulointerstitial lesions and hydroxyproline metabolism in the renal cortex at different time points after UUO were studied by in situ hybridization, biochemical analysis and pathomorphological observation. relationship. Results: The content of hydroxyproline in UUO kidney increased and the interstitial area broadened with the increase of TGFβ1 mRNA expression. Conclusion: The increased expression of TGFβ1 mRNA is one of the important reasons of renal interstitial fibrosis induced by UUO.
