报道了以N,N,N′,N′-四(2-苯并咪唑甲基-1,4-二乙氨基乙二醚)为配体的双核钴(Ⅱ)配合物[Co_2(EGTB)Cl_2]·(BF_4)_2·5H_2O的合成,通过IR、UV-Vis和元素分析对其进行了表征,并通过X-射线单晶衍射确定了其晶体结构.单晶结构分析表明,该配合物为单斜晶系,P2_1/c空间群,晶体学参数为:a=1.42900(3)nm,6=2.46563(4)nm,c=1.42932(2)nm,β=100.7820(10)°,V=4.94714(15)nm~3,Z=4,Dc=1.500 g·cm~(-3),F(000)=2288,最终偏离因子R1=0.0591,wR2=0.1706.配合物含有两个中心金属Co(Ⅱ)离子,每个Co(Ⅱ)离子均采取五配位,形成三角双锥的几何构型.用核黄素光照法应用于配合物歧化O_2~-的动力学研究,歧化O_2~-的反应速率为1.2×10~6mol~(-1)·L·s~(-1),说明配合物具有一定的超氧化物歧化酶的活性.
Reported that the binuclear cobalt (Ⅱ) complex [Co_2 (EGTB)) with N, N, N ’, N’-tetrakis (2-benzimidazolylmethyl-1,4-diethylaminoethane diether) Cl_2] · (BF_4) _2 · 5H_2O was synthesized and characterized by IR, UV-Vis and elemental analysis, and its crystal structure was confirmed by X-ray single crystal diffraction.The single crystal structure analysis showed that the complex (2) nm, β = 100.7820 (10) °, V (subscript x) = 1.52932 (4) nm, = 4.94714 (15) nm ~ 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.500 g · cm -3, F (000) = 2288, the final deviation factor R1 = 0.0591, wR2 = 0.1706.The complex contains two central metal Co (Ⅱ) ions, each of Co (Ⅱ) ions take pentacoordination to form the geometry of the triangular double cones.Using the photoluminescence of riboflavin in the kinetics of the disproportionation of O_2 ~ - reaction rate was 1.2 × 10 ~ 6mol -1 L · s -1, indicating that the complex has a certain superoxide dismutase activity.
