进入新世纪,我国的美术教育有了长足的进步,师资与教学环境都有较大的提高。尤其是经济发达地区或是大中城市地区,整体水平都有较大发展。然而,作为我国教育事业中的一部分,农村美术教育,因经济等综合原因的影响,仍处于相对较落后的一种状态。所以,在这种较特殊的环境,要求老师自身提高素质,客观认识教学条件,把农村美术教育的特殊性转化为我国美术教育事业中的一道亮丽的景点。
In the new century, art education in our country has made great strides, and teachers and teaching environment have greatly improved. Especially in economically developed areas or large and medium-sized cities, the overall level has a greater development. However, as a part of our educational undertaking, rural art education is still in a relatively backward state due to the economic and other comprehensive reasons. Therefore, in such a special environment, teachers are required to improve their own quality, objectively understand the teaching conditions, and turn the particularity of rural art education into a beautiful attraction in the art education in our country.
