作者应用Carboquone(CQ)自明胶海绵对6只雌兔及42例原发性肾癌作了基础与临床研究。作者见到,无论在体内还是体外,CQ从CQ海绵中均释放缓慢,兔肾动脉检察后4小时CQ含量为36%,8小时后为15.5%。同时测定末梢血浓度,注入后24小时内其浓度为20ng/mg。CQ海绵与明胶海绵具有相同的良好栓塞效果,组织学上CQ海绵可引起动脉炎性改变。虽然文献上提到CQ最大
The authors used Carboquone (CQ) to make basic and clinical studies of 6 female rabbits and 42 cases of primary renal cell carcinoma from gelatin sponge. The authors observed that CQ released slowly from CQ sponge both in vivo and in vitro, and CQ content was 36% 4 hours after rabbit renal artery examination and 15.5% after 8 hours. At the same time, peripheral blood concentration was measured and its concentration was 20 ng/mg within 24 hours after injection. CQ sponge and gelatin sponge have the same good embolization effect. Histologically, CQ sponge can cause arteritis changes. Although the literature mentions that CQ is the largest
