本文以P.O.42.5级水泥为主要胶凝材料,以陶砂、陶粒为骨料,加入适量的粉煤灰、硅灰辅助胶凝材料和复合外加剂及聚丙烯纤维来配制轻骨料混凝土。此种配制可增加混凝土的流动性、匀质性、稳定性和保水性,减少其收缩性,同时克服轻骨料混凝土强度和保温性能的矛盾。在此基础上,研制出了LC20级的结构保温混凝土,其强度和保温性能均可完全满足蒸压加气混凝土砌块自保温承重墙体的构造柱、圈梁或框架等混凝土构件的要求。
In this paper, P.O.42.5 grade cement as the main cementitious material, pottery clay, ceramsite as aggregate, adding the appropriate amount of fly ash, silica fume auxiliary cementitious material and composite admixture and polypropylene fiber to prepare lightweight aggregate concrete. This kind of preparation can increase the fluidity, homogeneity, stability and water retention of concrete, reduce its shrinkage, and overcome the contradiction between lightweight aggregate concrete strength and thermal insulation properties. On this basis, the LC20 insulation concrete has been developed, whose strength and thermal insulation properties can fully meet the requirements of the concrete columns such as structural columns, ring beams or frames of autoclaved bearing wall of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks.
