人事档案是反映人在社会及工作岗位上社会经历及实践经验的重要依据,随着经济和社会的发展,人才的流动更加频繁,这一方面使得人事档案信息更加丰富,另一方面也给人事档案管理工作增加了难度,对人事档案管理人员的工作能力也提出了更高的要求,当前我国对人事档案的管理还存在一些亟待解决的问题,只有采取有效的应对措施将这些问题解决才能使人事档案工作在社会中发挥其真正的作用。
