利用扫描电镜定量分析显示,Sprague-Dawley 大鼠暴露于0.163和0.366ppmO_3 2 d,其近侧肺泡区炎症细胞数较对照组明显增多。同时发现肺泡巨噬细胞和终未性细支气管纤毛细胞表面微形态的改变。
Quantitative analysis by scanning electron microscopy showed that Sprague-Dawley rats exposed to 0.163 and 0.366ppmO_3 2 d, the number of inflammatory cells in the proximal alveolar region was significantly increased compared with the control group. At the same time, it was found that the alveolar macrophages and the terminal non-small bronchial ciliated cells surface micromorphological changes.
