20世纪下半叶以来,以信息技术为主导的“大技术”(包括遗传基因工程和太空技术等)日益显示出强大的生命力。过去的50多年,无论是理论方面,如信息论、控制论、系统论等、还是应用方面,如从晶体管电子计算机到今天的互联网,无不与信息相关。具体说来,科学技术发展的图景呈现出科学“转向”技术的趋势,结果是将人类带入信息社会。信息社会使人们的生存方式发生了巨大变革。纵观人类文明史,可以说没有任何技术像信息技术那样对人类社会产生如此巨大的影响。
Since the second half of the 20th century, “big technology” (including genetic engineering and space technology) dominated by information technology has increasingly shown strong vitality. Over the past 50 years, both in theory, such as information theory, cybernetics, systems theory, etc., or applications, such as from the transistor computer to the Internet today, are all related to the information. Specifically, the picture of the development of science and technology presents a tendency of science to “turn to” technology, with the result that human beings will be brought into the information society. The information society has revolutionized the way people live. Looking at the history of human civilization, we can say that no technology has such a huge impact on human society as information technology does.
