目的为了探讨动态脑电图对于癫痫的临床价值。方法对415例癫痫患者的动态脑电图监测结果进行分析。结果415例癫痫患者中检出痫样放电312例,检出率75.2%,但不同发作类型间痫样放电检出率比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),睡眠期检出痫样放电291例(检出率93.3%),觉醒期检出153例(检出率49%),痫样放电主要出现在NREM睡眠Ⅰ~Ⅱ期。结论动态脑电图能明显提高癫痫患者痫样放电的检出率,对癫痫的诊断、鉴别诊断、分型、指导用药及癫痫外科治疗的术前监测均有重要的临床价值。
Objective To explore the clinical value of dynamic EEG for epilepsy. Methods The dynamic EEG monitoring results of 415 epileptic patients were analyzed. Results There were 312 cases of epileptiform discharges detected in 415 epileptic patients, the detection rate was 75.2%. However, there was no significant difference in the detection rate of epileptiform discharge between different seizure types (P> 0.05) 291 cases were discharged (detection rate was 93.3%), 153 cases were detected during wakefulness (detection rate was 49%). Epileptiform discharge mainly occurred in Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ stage of NREM sleep. Conclusion Dynamic EEG can significantly improve the detection rate of epileptiform discharge in patients with epilepsy. It has important clinical value in the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, typing, guiding medication and epilepsy surgical treatment of epilepsy.
