本文研究不同大豆品系(种)鼓粒期冠层叶片的净光合速率、转化酶活性与单株籽粒产量的关系。结果表明,不同大豆品系(种)的净光合速率、转化酶活性和籽粒产量均存在明显差异。大豆籽粒产量与叶片净光合速率之间里显著正相关(r=0.5668*),而与叶片转化酶活性之间表现负相关,但不显著(r=0.1733)。本研究筛选出两个高光效高产大豆品系 9702和 9208—5,它们的净光合速率比早熟18号高光效对照品种分别提高几29%和19.2%,籽粒产量分别提高33.49%和26.25%。
In this paper, we studied the relationship between net photosynthetic rate and invertase activity and grain yield per plant at different stages in the soybean cultivars with different soybean lines. The results showed that there were significant differences in net photosynthetic rate, invertase activity and grain yield of different soybean varieties (strains). There was a significant positive correlation between grain yield and leaf net photosynthetic rate (r = 0.5668 *), but negatively correlated with leaf invertase activity, but not significant (r = 0.1733). In this study, two high light and high yielding soybean lines, 9702 and 9208-5, were screened, their net photosynthetic rate increased by 29% and 19.2%, respectively, and the grain yield increased by 33.49% and 26.25%.
