目的:研究金花茶提取物对药物诱导的高血压模型大鼠血压和心率的影响。方法:大鼠高血压模型造模采用腹腔注射左旋硝基精氨酸(L-NNA)的方法,造模成功后给大鼠灌胃金花茶不同提取部位的提取物,观察和记录给药第7天、第14天、第21天和第28天大鼠血压、心率及体重变化。结果:JHC-3及JHC-4组与模型组比较,血压和心率均有非常显著的降低(P<0.001)。结论:JHC-3及JHC-4对左旋硝基精氨酸引起的高血压模型大鼠具有显著的降压和拮抗心率及体质量下降的作用。
Objective: To study the effects of Camellia sinensis extract on blood pressure and heart rate in drug-induced hypertensive rats. Methods: The model of rat model of hypertension was established by intraperitoneal injection of L-NNA. After the model was established successfully, the rats were gavaged with extract of different parts of Camellia. The changes of blood pressure, heart rate and body weight on 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th day in rats. Results: Compared with model group, the blood pressure and heart rate of JHC-3 and JHC-4 groups were significantly decreased (P <0.001). CONCLUSION: JHC-3 and JHC-4 have significant antihypertensive and antagonistic effects on heart rate and weight loss in hypertensive rats induced by L-NAL.
