本文从民航旅客订单的使用现状入手,分别介绍了旅客订座记录、电子客票和电子杂费单的数据结构、渐进式发展过程以及在应用实施过程中的一些局限性。结合当今市场需求变化,明确了民航新型旅客订单数据结构的设计思路:整合旅客数据项和以旅客为中心的全新数据结构。阐述了民航旅客订单转型的三项重要措施:建立新的统一接口规范和定义、再造航空分销业务流程和构建订单管理系统。最终实现整个航空信息化建设的转型升级目标。
This paper starts with the use status of civil aviation passenger orders, introduces the data structures of passenger reservation records, e-tickets and e-bills separately, as well as the gradual development process and some limitations in the application and implementation process. Combining with the changes in market demand today, we have defined the design concept of the new data structure of passenger orders for civil aviation: integration of passenger data items and a new passenger-centric data structure. Three important measures of civil passenger order transformation are described: establishing a new uniform interface specification and definition, reengineering aviation distribution business process and constructing order management system. Eventually achieve the goal of transformation and upgrading of the entire aviation information construction.
