肝细胞肝癌中EphA2表达与血管生成拟态及临床病理的关系

目的探讨肝细胞肝癌中EphA2表达与血管生成拟态及临床病理的关系及临床意义。方法收集2007年6月—2012年7月接受肝细胞癌切除术的石蜡标本207例,应用免疫组化和CD31、PSA双重染色技术检测EphA2蛋白的表达和血管生成拟态的存在,并分析与临床病理之间的联系。结果 EphA2蛋白的阳性率为76.81%,其表达与肝硬化、Edmondson分级、肿瘤分期有关(P<0.05);且VM与EphA2蛋白表达之间存在呈正相关联系(γ=0.1432,P=0.0396)。结论 EphA2蛋白的高表达可能促进VM形成,同时VM与EphA2联合检测对肝细胞肝癌的进展及预后判断有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of EphA2 and the mimicry and clinical pathology of hepatocellular carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 207 paraffin-embedded specimens of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) resected from June 2007 to July 2012 were collected. The expression of EphA2 protein and the presence of angiogenic mimicry were detected by immunohistochemistry and double staining of CD31 and PSA. The link between pathologies. Results The positive rate of EphA2 protein was 76.81%. The expression of EphA2 protein was related to cirrhosis, Edmondson classification and tumor staging (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between VM and EphA2 protein expression (γ = 0.1432, P = 0.0396). Conclusion High expression of EphA2 protein may promote the formation of VM. Combined detection of VM and EphA2 may play an important role in the progression and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
