天学前一天,当一群群的孩子前来报名注册时,我便在大门口迎接他们,一边教他们按先后顺序站队,有组织地进行登记,一边仔细地观察着每个孩子的举动。孩子们有的很老练,老师问什么答什么,泰然自若;有的规规矩矩,说话吞吞吐吐,显得很拘束,也有的抢先报到注册,显得非常好动……。这些,我都一一记在心里,并且尽可能通过注册报到,记熟这些孩子的名字。开学那天,我一吃过早饭,就急急忙忙地走出饭堂,去欢迎新来的孩子们。我先把他们带进教室,再给他们一个个安排座位。然后,我向他们作了自我介绍,接着又讲小故事,使他们情绪安定下来。孩子们才到校,还不知道怎样上课,怎样做个小学生,所以在初开学这几天,我就带领他们认识学校环境,参观高年级大哥哥大姐姐上课,并且向他们说明学
