目的探讨气载肠球菌在心内科病房获得性医院感染中的作用。方法采用国际标准Andersen-6级采样器和血平板在心内科病房针对气载肠球菌进行采样,通过肠球菌培养、计数、鉴定分类,对肠球菌属的高度保守的tuf基因片段设计特异性引物,对所有的疑似菌落再进一步通过肠球菌特异性引物扩增进行检测。结果对分离菌株进行PCR扩增,均得到约为112bp的特异性条带,大多数气载肠球菌主要分布在Andersen采样器的3~6层级上。结论气载肠球菌在院内感染中占有重要地位。
Objective To investigate the role of Enterococcus pneumoniae in acquired nosocomial infection in cardiology ward. Methods The international standard Andersen-6 sampler and the blood plate were sampled in the cardiology department for Enterobacter cloacae, and the specific primers were designed for Enterococcus faecium highly conserved tuf gene fragment by Enterococcus culture, counting, identification and classification. All suspected colonies were further tested for enterococcal-specific primer amplification. Results The specific bands of about 112bp were obtained by PCR amplification of the isolates. Most of the Enterobacter aerogenes were distributed on the 3-6 level of Andersen sampler. Conclusion Airborne enterococci play an important role in the nosocomial infection.
