1前言高炉结瘤事故是多因素相互作用的结果,也是生产组织在一定时期内各种参数相对失控促成的。2004年10月份,西钢2号高炉经常处于悬、崩料状态,经炉外测量和经验判断,断定高炉西北侧炉身角以上部位结厚。在采取了一系列操作措施不理想时,决定采取炸瘤的方式。于10月26日降料面加焦休风炸瘤,降料面用时2.5小时,炸瘤过程用时5.5小时,送风恢复炉况用时8.8小时,炸瘤后炉况稳定顺行,产量指标大幅度改善。
