利用复杂系统的生存理论及经济学中的“瓦尔拉斯（Ｗａｌｒａｓ）均衡”思想构造了股票系统演化的不确定性模型，提出了股市演化过程中国家对股市的宏观调控模型，论述了股票系统的自我稳定功能，分析了我国股市扩容存在的问题及其对策，具有一定的现实指导意义。
This paper constructs the uncertainty model of the stock system evolution by using the survival theory of complex systems and Walras equilibrium in economics and puts forward the national macro-control model of the stock market during the evolution of the stock market.
