目的探讨复方肿瘤血管生成抑制因子口服液(COL-TAI)与化疗药物联合对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑制作用。方法小鼠接种S180细胞后,随机分成对照组、COL-TAI大剂量组、小剂量组以及各种剂量合用化疗药物实验组,10d后观察各组小鼠的肿瘤重量并计算抑瘤率。结果COL-TAI不仅单独使用可抑制肿瘤生长,抑瘤率为17.83%~26.91%(P<0.05),而且与化疗药物合用有增强抗癌的作用,COL-TAI在体内可明显增强化疗药物的抑瘤效应。单独使用环磷酰胺(CTX)、阿霉素(ADM)和5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)时,抑瘤率分别为41.91%、32.73%和25.90%,三者分别与COL-TAI合用时,抑瘤率分别为57.10%、55.28%和30.24%。结论COL-TAI不仅单独使用具有抑制肿瘤生长的作用,而且与化疗药物合用有明显的增效作用。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effects of compound tumor angiogenesis inhibitor oral liquid (COL-TAI) and chemotherapy drugs on S180 sarcoma in mice. Methods After inoculating S180 cells, mice were randomly divided into control group, high-dose COL-TAI group, low-dose group, and various doses of chemotherapeutic drugs. After 10 days, the tumor weight of each group was observed and the tumor inhibition rate was calculated. Results COL-TAI can not only inhibit the growth of tumors alone, but also inhibit tumor growth rate from 17.83% to 26.91% (P<0.05). In combination with chemotherapeutics, COL-TAI can enhance anti-cancer effects. Can significantly enhance the anti-tumor effect of chemotherapeutic drugs. When cyclophosphamide (CTX), adriamycin (ADM), and 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) were used alone, the tumor inhibition rates were 41.91%, 32.73%, and 25.90%, respectively. When combined with COL-TAI, the tumor inhibition rates were 57.10%, 55.28%, and 30.24%, respectively. Conclusion COL-TAI can not only inhibit the growth of tumors alone, but also has a synergistic effect in combination with chemotherapeutic agents.
