通过近几年改革实践,天津建工局领导认识到:项目是企业与市场的对接点,项目管理是企业各项管理工作的基础,干好项目是创企业信誉扩大市场占有率的窗口,高水平管好项目是企业效益的源泉和社会效益的保证,项目管理是转换企业机制的中枢,是培养复合型人才的基地,也是为建立现代企业制度夯实基础创造条件的基本建设。因此,必须搞好项目经理队伍建设。
Through the reform practice in recent years, the leaders of the Tianjin Construction and Industry Bureau have realized that the project is the docking point between the company and the market, project management is the basis of the company’s management work, and the good project is a window to increase the market share of the company’s reputation. The horizontal management of good projects is the source of corporate benefits and the guarantee of social benefits. Project management is the pivot of transforming the enterprise mechanism, and is the base for cultivating compound talents. It is also the basic construction that creates conditions for the establishment of a solid foundation for modern enterprise systems. Therefore, we must do a good job of building a team of project managers.
