目的 了解内皮素(ET)在煤矿工人高血压发病中的作用及机制。方法 对煤矿工人进行问卷调查和血压、身高、体重的测量,随机选择为高血压(HP)与非高血压(NHP)矿工进行血浆ET测定,分析ET与体重指数(BMI)、作业等因素对矿工高血压发病的影响。结果 HP矿工ET总体水平较NHP矿工高(P>0.05),而临床HP患者ET水平更高,并明显高于HP矿工(P<0.01)。其中,在地面作业的矿工中,HP组ET水平明显高于NHP组(P<0.05),且主要是超体重的高血压矿工,ET水平与BMI呈正相关(P<0.05);相反,在井下作业的矿工中,HP组ET水平反而低于NHP组(P<0.05),并显著低于地面作业HP组矿工(P<0.01),ET水平与BMI呈负相关。结论 矿工HP的发病及严重程度与ET水平有重要关系。超重者ET水平较高,而井下作业可降低HP矿工ET水平。
Objective To understand the role and mechanism of endothelin (ET) in the pathogenesis of hypertension in coal miners. Methods A questionnaire survey and measurement of blood pressure, height and weight of coal miners were conducted. Plasma ET was measured at random for both hypertension and non-hypertension (NHP) miners. ET and body mass index (BMI) Impact of Miner’s Hypertension. Results The overall level of ET in HP miners was higher than that in NHP miners (P> 0.05), while the level of ET in clinical HP patients was higher than that in HP miners (P <0.01). Among the miners working on the ground, the level of ET in HP group was significantly higher than that in NHP group (P <0.05), and mainly in overweight hypertensive miners. ET level was positively correlated with BMI (P <0.05); on the contrary, In miners, the level of ET in HP group was lower than that in NHP group (P <0.05), and was significantly lower than that in HP group (P <0.01). ET level was negatively correlated with BMI. Conclusion The incidence and severity of HP in miners have an important relationship with ET level. Overweight ET levels higher, and downhole operations can reduce HP miners ET levels.
