颌面骨折是口腔颌面外科常见的外伤性疾病。但因颌面部骨质重叠,形态各异,结构复杂,二维平片往往很难将骨折情况清晰准确地显示。随着螺旋CT容积扫描及三维重建技术的应用,增大了成像的扫描范围,使采集的信息量明显增加,图像的质量也明显提高,大大拓宽了CT的能力和应用范围[1]。我科2005年开始对颌面复杂骨折患者应用螺旋CT扫描及容积三维重建,明确诊断并制订治疗方
Maxillofacial fracture is a common traumatic disease in oral and maxillofacial surgery. However, maxillofacial bone overlap, different shapes, complex structure, two-dimensional plain film is often difficult to clearly and accurately show the fracture.
