结合探伤原理和工业生产实践,评述国外射线探伤典型标准中有关射线照相工艺参数的合理性。焦点集中在底片黑度和几何不清晰度的一则支规定值及其裂纹检出灵敏度的利害关系上。对于射线检验按Ug和Ui的关系划分三种等级的新建议,本文呼请国内同仁注意,并得出自己的验证数据,以便为国标的再修订奠定基础。
Combining the principle of flaw detection and industrial production practice, the rationality of the relevant radiographic process parameters in the typical standards of foreign radiographic flaw detection is reviewed. The focus is on the relationship between the value of a branch of blackness and geometric unsharpness of the film and the sensitivity of its crack detection sensitivity. This paper calls for the attention of domestic colleagues and draws up their own verification data in order to lay the foundation for the revisions of the national standard for the new proposal that the radiation inspection divides the three levels according to the relationship between Ug and Ui.
