目的检测不孕中子宫内膜异位症(内异症)细胞色素芳香化酶P450(P450)的表达,探讨P450在内异症的发病作用及用于不孕症筛查的可行性。方法应用免疫组化方法检测不孕症中内异症和非内异症组在位内膜芳香化酶P450的表达。结果不孕症中内异症组和非内异症组在位内膜P450的表达差异有统计学意义。P450在内异症的增殖期和分泌期的表达差异无统计学意义,并与AFS分期无关。P450用于诊断不孕症中内异症的敏感度为90%,特异度为86%,阳性预测值为86.5%,阴性预测值为89.6%。结论P450子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展中起着重要作用,P450可用于不孕症中子宫内膜异位症的筛查。
Objective To detect the expression of cytochrome Aromatase P450 (P450) in infertility endometriosis (endometriosis) and explore the feasibility of P450 in the pathogenesis of infertility screening. Methods The expression of aromatase P450 in endometrium of endometriosis and non-endometriosis group was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The infertility endometriosis group and non-endometriosis group eutopic endometrial P450 expression difference was statistically significant. P450 expression in endometriosis proliferative phase and secretory phase was no significant difference, and has nothing to do with the AFS staging. P450 was used to diagnose endometriosis in infertility with a sensitivity of 90%, a specificity of 86%, a positive predictive value of 86.5% and a negative predictive value of 89.6%. Conclusions P450 plays an important role in the development of endometriosis. P450 can be used in the screening of infertility endometriosis.
