I am a faithful reader of Rural Electrotechnical magazine and an ordinary manager of the Ministry of Rural Electric Power of this unit. Since its birth in July 1992, Rural Electrotechnician has gone through an extraordinary 10 years and I have become acquainted with her since I first met.
