目的:采用单因素、正交实验等优化甘草中甘草黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以紫外分光光度法建立甘草黄酮的含量测定方法;在乙醇浓度、提取温度、料液比、浸提时间开展单因素实验的基础上,采用正交设计实验进一步优化提取工艺。结果:甘草中甘草黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:75%乙醇,料液比1∶20,提取时间3 h。结论:优化的甘草黄酮提取工艺可为含甘草等制剂的工艺研究提供参考。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of licorice flavonoids in licorice root by single factor and orthogonal experiment. Methods: UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of licorice flavonoids. On the basis of single factor experiment of ethanol concentration, extraction temperature, solid-liquid ratio and extraction time, the orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction process. Results: The optimal extraction technology of licorice flavonoids was 75% ethanol, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:20 and the extraction time was 3 h. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process of licorice flavonoids may provide reference for the study of the preparation containing licorice and other preparations.
