Cu或Sn与Fe共掺杂对ZnO晶体形貌和磁性的影响

采用水热法,在前驱物Zn(OH)2中添加一定量的分析纯FeSO4·7H2O和CuCl2·2H2O或SnCl2·2H2O,以3 mol/L KOH溶液作为矿化剂,填充度为35%,反应温度430℃,经24 h反应合成ZnO晶体。掺杂Fe的ZnO晶体室温下测量无磁饱和现象和磁滞回线,不具备室温铁磁性。Cu与Fe共掺杂合成ZnO晶体,随温度的升高其比磁化强度下降的幅度减小,室温下测量具有磁饱和现象和磁滞回线。Sn与Fe共掺杂的晶体形貌最好,且比磁化强度较大,没有随温度升高而下降,存在室温铁磁性和顺磁性。Cu或Sn元素的加入增加了掺杂Fe的ZnO晶体的磁性,改善了晶体形貌。 Hydrothermal method was used to add a certain amount of analytically pure FeSO4 · 7H2O and CuCl2 · 2H2O or SnCl2 · 2H2O to the precursor Zn (OH) 2, and the filling degree was 35% with 3 mol / L KOH as mineralizer. The reaction temperature was 430 ℃, and ZnO crystal was synthesized by 24 h reaction. Fe-doped ZnO crystals were measured at room temperature without magnetic saturation and hysteresis loop, do not have room temperature ferromagnetism. Cu and Fe co-doped ZnO crystal synthesis, with the increase of temperature, the decrease of the specific magnetization decreased, magnetic saturation and magnetic hysteresis loops were measured at room temperature. Sn and Fe co-doped crystal morphology is the best, and more than the magnetization, did not decrease with increasing temperature, there is room temperature ferromagnetism and paramagnetic. The addition of Cu or Sn element increases the magnetism of the Fe-doped ZnO crystal and improves the crystal morphology.
