对非调质钢(49MnVS3)曲轴与调质钢(S53C)曲轴的显微组织、力学性能和疲劳性能进行对比试验,确定了49MnVS3钢为柴油机曲轴用材,并投入批量生产,产生了良好的经济效益。
The microstructure, mechanical properties and fatigue properties of non-quenched and tempered steel (49MnVS3) crankshafts and quenched and tempered steel (S53C) crankshafts were compared to determine the 49MnVS3 steel for diesel engine crankshaft timber and put into mass production, resulting in a good economy benefit.
