目的 探讨空芯螺钉内固定治疗髌骨骨折的疗效.方法 对25例患者应用空芯螺钉内固定术治疗髌骨骨折,术后随访,观察其疗效.结果 本组25例术后9～12周拍X线片示骨折线消失,骨折愈合

目的 探讨空芯螺钉内固定治疗髌骨骨折的疗效.方法 对25例患者应用空芯螺钉内固定术治疗髌骨骨折,术后随访,观察其疗效.结果 本组25例术后9～12周拍X线片示骨折线消失,骨折愈合.术后随访10～26个月,疗效优18例,良5例,优良率为 92%.结论 小切口空芯螺钉内固定治疗髌骨关节内骨折是一种创伤小、固定可靠、理想的手术方法,无手术并发症;可以早期功能锻炼,膝关节功能恢复良好.
