“试验”思想,是邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义理论的重要内容。它的内涵十分丰富,正如邓小平自己所指出的那样:“我们搞的实质上是一场革命。从另一个意义上来说,我们现在做的都是一个试验。”邓小平的试验思想,概括起来讲至少包括胆子要大、步子要稳、不争论和有风险等方面的内容。 一、胆子要大 胆子要大,主要是指勇于思考、勇于探索、勇于创新、敢想敢干的精神状态。邓小平非常重视人们精神状态的作用,早在1978年他就指;“干革命,搞建设,都要有一批勇于思考、勇于探索、勇于创新的闯将。没有一大批这样的闯将,我们就无法摆脱贫穷落后的面貌,就无法赶上更谈不到超过国际先进水平。”邓小平的这种思想是一贯的,1992年在视察南方的重要讲话中,他更加明确地指出,没有一点闯的精神,没有一点“冒”的精神,就走不出一条好路,走不出一条新路,就干不出新的事业。这就把人们的精神状态与事业成败联系起来,从而在更高的基点上明确了精神状态的作用。
