论废旧电池污染及防治对策

我国是世界上最大的电池生产国和消费国,每年消费的电池达100亿节之多.电池用后大多随意丢弃,废旧电池进入生活垃圾后,由于不当的处理而造成环境污染.正确认识当前废旧电池对环境的影响,根据我国国情建立废旧电池回收系统,应用现代技术对其进行资源化、减量化和无害化处理,并从源头控制有害电池的生产,是解决我国废旧电池污染的有效对策.
