同步通讯卫星测试发射系统中的电缆网制作后,芯线焊点根部在一、二个月后即可产生严重发黑、铜绿等腐蚀。经研究试验判明,是由于微电池效应的电化学腐蚀所致,非属一般氧化反应,因此,不能单纯以加强文明生产及采用高抗氧化焊料等工艺技术措施解决。现应用简单工艺以B01—12丙烯酸消漆涂敷处理,杜绝了此项隐患,数百套电缆,已经受住了靶场多雨季节条件下的反复考验,并已在其它方面推广应用。
