笔者结合在复旦大学继续教育学院的专题研修班培训体会,从学校的实际出发,通过树立理念、明确制度、研修行动和开发校本研修培训课程,以校为本开展师资培训和研修,促进教师科研素质的提升。
Based on the actual situation of our school, we combine the training of special seminars in Fudan University’s Continuing Education Institute with the concept of a clear system, training activities and development of school-based training courses to carry out teacher-based training and training to promote teachers’ research Quality improvement.
