基于辖区内公共利益最大化和官员晋升动机,政府会通过补助等手段干预企业决策,以激励企业对政府的经济社会发展目标做出更大贡献,所以政府对企业补助的大小取决于企业决策与政府目标的契合程度,以及其对政府目标贡献的情况。文章沿袭这一研究思路,在系统梳理前期研究文献基础上,全面综述了政府补助决定的影响因素。
Based on the maximization of public interest and promotion motivation of officials in the area, the government intervenes in enterprise decision-making through subsidies to encourage enterprises to make greater contribution to the government’s goal of economic and social development. Therefore, the size of the government subsidy to enterprises depends on the decision-making of enterprises The extent to which government goals fit, and how they contribute to the government’s goals. Following the idea of this research, based on systematically reviewing the previous research literature, the article comprehensively summarizes the influencing factors of the government subsidy decision.
