1病历摘要患儿男,2.5岁。因右侧腹部斑丘疹2年,于2015年3月11日来我院皮肤科门诊就诊。2年前患儿家属发现患儿右侧腹部见一孤立的米粒大无痛性暗红色丘疹,丘疹逐渐增大,增多,融合成片。曾外用抗生素和糖皮质激素类药物(具体不详),未见缓解。否认家族中有类似疾病患者。体格检查:一般状况好,系统检查无异常。皮肤科检查:腹部右侧见一约5.0 cm×8.0 cm暗红色斑丘疹,边缘不规则,边缘颜色稍淡(图1),质硬,浸润,无压痛。
